This training will enable health care professionals to better understand the symptomatology of Autism Spectrum Disorder, identify concerns as early as possible, and to make a referral with conviction.

4th Annual Keweenaw Medical Conference

This conference will offer up to 10 AMA category 1 CME credits for attending clinical lectures covering topics that are of interest regardless of your medical specialty. It will also be featuring researchers from throughout the region presenting their work on a wide variety of clinical, basic science, and engineering topics at both a poster session and PechaKucha style oral presentations.

Social events include a sunset cruise on the Isle Royale Queen IV Friday evening, and dinner and dancing to the popular band Eastside Ramblers Saturday evening. There will also be time to enjoy the amenities of the lodge and surrounding area, including the award winning mountain bike trails.

This live webinar offers participants unique insight into the alarmingly low adult coverage rates in the United States and in Michigan. The speaker will address the key issues, outline the need for the Standards, and provide recommended practices. The content for this activity is based on the revised (2013) Standards for Adult Immunization Practice from The National Vaccine Advisory Committee (NVAC). Time for additional questions from the webinar audience will be provided at the end of the presentation.
